ALERT ALERT!!

I have a new muscle i never felt before in my leg i went to bed and i had an itch on my leg and i thought i had bumped it b/c i was like whats the lump there for.., it was a muscle hahahaha..b/c i had the same one on the other side! THANKS CAROL FOR MAKING ME DO THOSE VIDEOS!!!
