Haha...just kidding but they sure did help us along the way....

Let me go back Eli and i decided to do the fat flush diet thing..we bought the book and started on this past wed. it goes for two weeks...just thinking of the two weeks part makes me wanna quit but this is my 5th day!!! yeah and i cant believe it but i have lost 8 pounds so far in 5 days..its very hard but it helps when i have friends that are there calling and encouraging and taking me out to dinner and making sure i eat right! its been a great experience for the most part! please continue to pray for me!
