OKay okay...i know she is in Africa but but but...she is very talented and sent me a package with notes for every day and recipes and has been sooo inspirational to me! just even in the first two days! She is so lead by God in every spec of her life she just shines gods love and she spreads her joy even in her letters...So its been a good week so far...with everything coming to a close and new things begin its a hard week to focus on food and exercise but i am! Due to her encouragement!! thanks Al for all your hard work for me!
