"ok ok ok....ILL DO IT! ".....those are the words that usually come out of my mouth when cheryl calls me and says you ready to go...oh boy, today she took me as a guest to her gym and she worked me hard. Lets just say i just applied bengay to my legs...ouch!
but i got through it and its all good! i feel good inside!
Yesterday, Carol Trocchia came by and she gave such great advice and I feel even more energized by her words. She is getting me started and she gave me an exercise ball and dvd. I'm going to start that i believe tomorrow.
Eli has been away...and he is coming home tomorrow night....
please pray for us now ...b/c i have been starting this week of a new lifestyle without him. Now i have to focus on him too as well as my workouts and other things. Which he will be doing too..its hard for me to express what im feeling..just pray ...haha THANKS!
