PAT'S WEEK!

I didnt even have to call and remind this lady she called me and told me we are going walking tomorrow! i love that! it was such a great feeling..she has already encouraged me so much and i cant wait to see whats in store next..i'll be climbing mountains in no time! haha..Thanks Pat for starting my week off on the right foot! LETS GO!

UNFORTUNATELY i got SICK

first sore throat,fever and ear ache..then it went away then SMACK right back with a major sore throat and COUGH!!!! ugh ugh im sorry lynn's week started off great but i was just too tired and sick to continue so she is going to sign up for another week and im glad b/c i know she was gunna be great!!!! She's tough and i like that! thats what i need...so im sorry lynn for getting sick and ruining the rest of the week! lol

Last night was a pioneer girl night for me...and i have been feeling really sick fever,throat and ears were bothering me, so i called debbie to see if she could get me someone...and..i dunno what happen but i ended up there and LYNN came to my rescue and it was one of the best nights ever..if only i felt good, b/c it would have been that much better...Lynn sang with the girls and they LOVED LOVED LOVED it! and the time went fast and then i went home to crash...but it takes a true friend to see someone in need and help! thanks lynn for helping me out in so many way last night!

WEEK 15

LYNN ARTERS COME ON DOWN...remember that from price is right...loved that show..
ANYway...This is Lovely Lynn week, im so excited..i love doing these weeks and getting to know people better..but this week, i pretty much know everything about this lady, so we are focusing on eating right (which she is def. helping me with..grrr j/k) and exercise..and helping me in life situations that will just make my life better..and im so excited and i have a new motivation towards this journey! THANKS LYNN!

Today, She invited me over for a healthy lunch and it was so good just to be in her presence and just chat like i use to (sitting in the chair in her office) I cant wait to see what god has in store for us in our week....

im sorry i didnt write! life just gets so crazy at times..but no excuses..and this friend of mine..TRACY..is so on fire for god, and her family right now keeping them first but still had room for me. I thank you tracy for the dinner and the time you spent with me..i truly thank you for your friendship and i truly love you and i also pray for you! and i know you always keep me in your prayers and encourage me all the time THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! (cant say it enough!!!)

Happy birthday to him! He choose his birthday week to help me out..that just goes to show how much he thinks of others...Thanks serg..
He has already planned out the week, which means im in trouble..b/c that means alot of exercise is involved and that has been a real struggle for me the past couple of weeks..i go through phases ..that i love to do it then hate to do it..So..Sorry sergio but your in a hate phase haha..but with his help hopefully i'll get out of that phase and back to enjoying it! lets begin..

The Food Writing Down Meeting

OK..ok..i have to say i was a little nervous having to write down everything i ate this week (which i should do every week) just knowing melissa was going to check it..it made me want to do better! so..it wasnt bad at all,(meaning her looking at it) i did pretty well and she gave me some ideas and hints to keep me better on track...She also offered to walk with me before we meet for survivor every thursday...so im def. taking her up on that offer!!!!
But on a very serious note...thanks melissa for taking time to work with me and chat with me on this journey im taking..much love to you!

Melissa Came over along with Lynn last night for survivor and b4 we started we had a chance to chat and it felt good, Melissa is such a person who is so determined and strong and i aim to be more like her especially in that area...thanks melissa for being a person i can look up to and a person who is willing to help others get there goals!

This lovely lady is on for the week and she has been telling me to write everything thing down that i eat...she said even if its a food grab on the way past the counter..i should write everything down...this is tough, not so much the eating part but remembering to write it down, especially b/c this has been a crazy week..but i will get through with her help and prayers..thanks melissa for caring!
